On this week’s “Inspire” Podcast, we had the pleasure of announcing our newest partner, Brokers International. Joining Integrity is the next chapter in their story, so President and CEO Mark Williams made a point to honor how their story began.
Roger McCarty founded Brokers International in 1983. After years as an insurance agent, he knew what it took to be successful in this industry. With a humble attitude, a penchant for hard work and a burning fire for success, Roger quickly escalated the success of his business. In order to stand out from the crowd, Brokers International focused on agencies, instead of individual agents. The result? A company that became one of the most respected in the industry.
Roger passed away in 2011, but his legacy lives on, both in the successful company he started and his status as an industry icon. In fact, a wall at Brokers International headquarters is decorated with inspiring quotes by Roger during his lifetime. Take a look:
