(“Modern Insurance”), an independent marketing organization (“IMO”) based in Wilsonville, Oregon. As part of the acquisition, Greg Osborne, President of Modern Insurance, will become a Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
