DALLAS – Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), the nation’s largest independent distributor of life and health insurance products, today announced it has acquired Carolina Senior Marketing, a full service field marketing organization (FMO) headquartered in Cary, North Carolina. As part of the acquisition, Dustin Alipour, CEO of Carolina Senior Marketing, will become a Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In 2021, Carolina Senior Marketing will assist its agents in securing more than $50 million in annualized paid premium while serving 85,000 Americans.
