As listeners of the “Inspire” Podcast know, we like starting things off with a song. This week, we were treated to a special musical number from our new Integrity Partner Carl Muehlemeyer, COO of Aegis Financial. Carl pulled out his electric guitar and serenaded listeners.

Carl has been playing the guitar for years. In fact, in college he played the blues guitar in a band. While playing, Carl met the young woman who would later become his wife. She also happens to be the sister of Darin W. Lucas, President of Aegis Financial.

You can tell that Carl is as passionate about music as he is about helping people. His excitement is contagious as he tells you all about his instruments and influences. If you visit his office, his guitar is nearby and ready for use. While he may not be in his college band anymore, he still performs and plays regularly with his church band.

We love seeing our partners’ passions in action. It’s fun getting to know them and seeing just how multi-talented they are. Check out the entire episode to hear Carl’s big musical number.
