Recently on the “Inspire” Podcast, we met with WealthFirm Co-CEO Jared Faltys. But long before he was trailblazing the wealth management senior market, he worked on a farm.
Jared grew up on a hog farm where the work is hard — and often smelly. But that upbringing taught him the importance of having a strong work ethic.
As Jared got older, he knew he wanted a career that didn’t involve pigs. In his own words, he wanted a job that “didn’t smell so bad.” “Inspire” Podcast host and Integrity Co-Founder and CEO, Bryan W. Adams laughed. Bryan said, he knew exactly what Jared meant — Bryan also grew up raising pigs.
They bonded over wanting to get away from the farm and away from the livestock smell. That shared drive to do something different — to do something bigger — drove both their careers.
Looking back, Jared attributes much of his strong work ethic to his farm days. It is that kind of dedication that pushed WealthFirm to provide innovative financial solutions for decades.
WealthFirm and their leadership team will be great additions to the Integrity Family. Their knowledge and experience make them great partners and their work ethic make them ideal innovators. As Jared reminded us, hard work really does pay off.
