As Vice President, Integrity Life, Victor is responsible for helping develop and execute strategies that ensure revenue and production goals are met for the Life division of the company. He also supports the coordination of efforts between Integrity’s distribution and carrier partners.
A native of Los Angeles, Victor graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in psychology, and later earned an MBA from Cal State Long Beach. He has been in the financial services industry for over two decades and has served in several different leadership roles, including President of Transamerica Life Distributors. He was also Vice President, Managing Director of Transamerica’s Life Distribution, which included the following channels: Brokerage General Agencies, Direct Markets, Final Expense and World Financial Group.
Most recently, Victor served as Head of Distribution for World Financial Group, where he led efforts to grow distribution and sales production for the U.S. and Canada. In addition to his leadership roles, Victor began his career as an agent in the field and still maintains his life, health and securities licenses. This firsthand experience has helped him better understand the challenges agents face as they try to grow their business and serve more families.
Victor lives in Yorba Linda, California, with his wife, Cristela, and two children, Elise and Marcel. He is a fitness enthusiast, self-proclaimed “metal head” and die-hard Los Angeles Chargers fan. But what he enjoys most of all is spending time with his family.
