For Kirk Moyes, President of Moyes & Associates, the Indianapolis 500 isn’t just a race — it’s a way of life. Growing up just six blocks from the legendary track, Kirk attended his first race at the age of two. He’s since been to over 30 races and spent two decades as part of the race’s iconic Safety Patrol known as the “Yellow Shirts.”

Much like his role at the speedway, Kirk’s approach to the insurance industry is all about service, precision and keeping things running smoothly. Whether it’s ensuring racegoers experience true Hoosier hospitality or making sure his agents and clients get the support they need, Kirk leads with kindness and dedication.

After years of working in the industry, it was his daughter’s encouragement that led him to go independent. What started as a small father-daughter business quickly gained momentum, attracting talented agents who shared Kirk’s passion for service. Today, his agency thrives on a culture of integrity, mentorship and unwavering support for both clients and agents.

Now, as a new partner with Integrity, Kirk is shifting into high gear. With Integrity’s resources behind him, he’s ready to accelerate growth and build a lasting legacy for his children who are set to take the wheel of the family business. Just like the legendary cars that roar past the yard of bricks at the Indy 500, the future for Moyes & Associates is built for speed.
