After spending several years working in a warehouse, Erika found opportunity in the insurance industry. She then built TCO from the ground up, growing it into a respected industry leader with a large team of dedicated agents.
Guided by proven mentors, Erika is committed to helping others also find success. Her greatest fulfillment comes from empowering new agents — especially women — to build confidence, reach their goals and create lasting impact. She hosts motivational events designed to uplift and provide guidance to support women in the agency and across the industry. Erika credits strong mentorship and a willingness to step outside her comfort zone as key drivers in her journey as a leader.
Erika resides in Bakersfield, California, with her husband, Ricardo, and their two dogs. When she’s not mentoring agents or hosting events, she enjoys spending time with family, relaxing at home with her husband and dogs and discovering new places through travel.
