Enriz Ramirez is the CEO of MCare1 Agency.
With over 25 years of experience in Medicare sales management and community-based marketing, Enriz is a respected leader in the New York tri-state area. He’s known for his deep industry knowledge, agent development expertise and entrepreneurial success. A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Enriz earned several military awards and commendations for his service. In 2019, he cofounded MCare1, which is now one of the top Medicare agencies in the region.
Enriz earned a degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Maryland and pursued graduate studies in the MBA program at Pace University in New York. Before his time at MCare1, he held leadership roles at several major healthcare organizations. His disciplined leadership style and commitment to service continue to drive and shape his professional journey.
Outside of work, Enriz loves spending time with his four children and five grandchildren. He also enjoys boating on the Long Island Sound.
