As a proud father of three and decades-long youth sports coach, Jonathan has had the privilege of instilling the values of hard work, courage and an honest commitment to others into future generations. That purpose-driven philosophy is the foundation of his leadership, shaping how he builds teams, serves clients and guides the culture of his business. In recent years, he has shifted focus to mentoring agents, helping them to gain the same meaningful, lasting success he has found through the insurance industry.
Originally from Arlington, Virginia, Jonathan moved to Martinsburg, West Virginia, almost 30 years ago and is a proud graduate of West Virginia University. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys traveling with his family, following his favorite sports teams and co-hosting a morning talk show on local radio and television.
