Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Robert Apolinario comes from a humble family rooted in faith and strong values. After moving to the United States and settling in New Jersey, Robert began building his career. His progress was accelerated by a deep passion for helping others, as well as his natural ability to connect with people and offer practical, effective solutions. With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Robert has established a reputation for empathy, leadership and service excellence. His strong communication skills and commitment to improving the wellbeing of seniors have made him a trusted resource that makes a difference in people’s lives.
In 2018, alongside his wife Estela Apolinario, Robert founded Alfary Group — a company built around the vision of delivering personalized, high-quality service in the health insurance field. As CEO, Robert continues to lead the organization’s growth and expansion into new areas of insurance, with the goal of providing reliable guidance and protection to families and individuals across every stage of life.
