Noah Lang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Stride and a Managing Partner at Integrity.
With deep expertise in healthcare and portable benefits, Noah has long been a champion of healthcare access and coverage for underserved Americans who often lack traditional employer benefits. Stride’s model has helped shape legal and regulatory frameworks that make portable benefits viable at scale. Noah collaborated closely with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services to build and launch Enhanced Direct Enrollment, a public-private framework that expanded access to Affordable Care Act coverage and tax credits, now used by millions of Americans each year.
In his role as CEO of Stride, Noah continues to be instrumental in reshaping the health coverage landscape. He and his team have successfully scaled the company to serve more than 140 workforces including companies like Uber, Amazon, DoorDash and Walmart, providing over 4.6 million traditionally non-benefited workers with access to comprehensive health and wealth benefits — a much needed financial safety net for the modern workforce. He is also currently a Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
Noah holds a degree in product design from Stanford University, where he was a President’s Scholar and captain of the Stanford University Triathlon Team. He is the proud father of two girls, an avid runner and endurance sports junkie.
