Hector Del Toro is the Co-Founder and CEO of Conquistadors Agency.
Hector was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States at a young age, where his parents worked two and three jobs to build a life from scratch. That foundation shaped everything. After getting his start in the mortgage industry, Hector co-founded Conquistadors Agency, a financial services agency, alongside his sister Erika in 2013.
What followed was a coast-to-coast expansion built on leadership development, relentless work ethic and a mission to create opportunity within the Latino community. Conquistador Agency’s team is defined by unity, competitiveness and a proven system that has transformed everyday people — many from humble, working-class backgrounds — into highly successful, service-driven business owners and leaders.
Hector resides in San Antonio, Texas, with his family — actively involving his children in business from a young age. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, basketball, chess, collecting sports jerseys and traveling with his family.
