Bruno Castillo is Founder and CEO of Determined to Serve (“DTS”) Financial.
Born in Brazil and raised in a home where faith was a way of life, Bruno was shaped by the belief that greatness is measured not by what you expect from others, but by how many lives you serve. That conviction became the foundation of Determined to Serve Financial — and his lifelong commitment to building up people as much as building a business.
Bruno’s passion for life insurance came from personal loss, as he watched loved ones pass away without the financial protection their families deserved. That experience gave him a clear purpose: to protect dreams, preserve legacies and create generational security for the families he serves. Today, Bruno works to inspire, develop and empower leaders to accomplish extraordinary things through faith, mentorship and a servant’s heart. He believes every person carries extraordinary potential and that when people grow, families are transformed, communities are strengthened and generations are forever changed.
Bruno resides in Austin, Texas, with his life and business partner, Gardenia Alamillo. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to his faith, leadership development and serving the communities around him.
