Ryan Dorigan is the President of Mosaic Health and Life Insurance Services.
Ryan possesses a rare depth of industry and operational knowledge, with nearly two decades of experience in Medicare sales and distribution. Rising from back-office operations through regional sales management to overseeing entire state markets, he built his career from the ground up before acquiring Mosaic Health and Life Insurance Services.
Under Ryan’s expert leadership, Mosaic has grown into a recognized presence throughout California and beyond. The agency is built on three key pillars: customized agent training, modern technology and direct investment in agent development. Beyond the agency, Ryan is a long-standing advocate for the Medicare industry through the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), lobbying on behalf of independent agents in Washington, D.C., and at state capitals. He was instrumental in co-creating the first Medicare carrier panel — a grassroots initiative that helped establish lifetime renewal commissions industry-wide.
Ryan resides in Southern California with his wife and business partner, Melissa, and their three young sons. A devoted Civil War history buff, he has visited battlefields and historical sites across the country. He hopes to continue to advocate for small to mid-sized business owners and was published discussing fair wage topics for insurance agents in the popular magazine California Broker. Ryan also enjoys playing golf, following sports and spending time outdoors with his family.
