With insurance industry experience dating back to 2008, JC founded Insurance Pro in 2014. He grew the organization from a local agency into a respected enterprise with a large network of affiliated agents. Under his leadership, the company helps thousands of seniors, families and individuals navigate Medicare, ACA marketplace, life insurance and long-term financial protection and planning solutions.
JC is known for his integrity, industry expertise and commitment to serving the Hispanic community. He has built a reputation as a trusted advisor among clients, agents, healthcare professionals and community leaders. With a strong focus on relationship-driven service and values-based leadership, he has helped establish Insurance Pro as a recognized name in the bilingual insurance market. The firm is committed to adding top talent while expanding its impact across the areas it serves.
Beyond the agency, he is the host of “Salud y Vida” — a Spanish-language radio program he created to provide health education, Medicare guidance and other community-focused resources. Through this platform, he continues to empower individuals and families with information that supports healthier, more confident decisions.
Outside of business, JC treasures time with his wife and business partner, Adlyn, and their son, Max. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs and fishermen, he carries the patience, discipline and long-term perspective learned on the water into his leadership. He is also an avid golfer.
