Horacio Silva is the President of JEMS of Insurance Group.
Horacio was born to Mexican immigrant parents and raised in the Chicago area. He began his insurance career in 2011, working with a few different organizations before finding his true calling: the senior market. After several years as a top-producing Medicare agent, Horacio realized his passion for serving others could extend far beyond his own client base. In 2014, he expanded his impact by founding JEMS of Insurance Group with the mission of being able to serve even more families by recruiting and training a diverse and engaged team of agents.
That fateful decision set in motion a remarkable journey of service and growth. Today, JEMS of Insurance Group supports a strong and expanding team of dedicated agents working across the Chicagoland area and surrounding communities. Under Horacio’s expert leadership, the agency primarily focuses on meeting the needs of the underserved Hispanic market, providing clients with solutions and guidance in the Medicare, life, retirement and ACA spaces.
When Horacio is not working on the business, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Marisol, their three daughters and the beloved family dog. He is also very competitive and enjoys watching sports of all types.
