DALLAS – MAY 15, 2025 – Integrity, LLC (“Integrity”), a leading distributor of life and health insurance, and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions, today announced it has been named one of the top 100 large companies in the U.S. for company happiness. Integrity ranks alongside other distinguished award winners such as Adobe, Salesforce, Uber and Squarespace. The 2024 Company Happiness Award was given by Comparably, a leading platform that provides workplace culture data for public and private companies.
“Our employees are invested in the long-term success of Integrity — the energy they bring to activating our mission is felt across our organization,” shared Bryan W. Adams, Co-Founder and CEO of Integrity. “It is a privilege to support their contributions by investing in their happiness in ways that support our mission — including offering them best-in-class benefits and meaningful company ownership. Because we’ve prioritized an environment where employees love to come to work, they feel more empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences and transformative solutions to long-standing inefficiencies. We are incredibly proud that our employees rank their workplace as one of the happiest in the United States, and we remain committed to our standards that promote engagement and mutual respect.”
To determine award winners, Comparably collected anonymous employee feedback from more than 70,000 companies. The Best Company Happiness award is based on employee sentiment ratings gauging overall happiness at work over a 12-month period. Contributing factors include perks and benefits, compensation, positive work environment, company direction and how excited they are to go to work each day. This is Integrity’s third year as an award winner and adds to other recent awards celebrating its workplace culture, including Best Company Outlook, Best Company Leadership, Best Perks and Benefits, Best Company for Career Growth and Best Company for Diversity.
Integrity’s Putting People First leadership initiative has led the way in creating a vibrant workplace culture with perks and benefits virtually unparalleled in the industry. The Integrity Employee Ownership Plan, which offers meaningful company ownership to employees from the day they start, has paid out more than $175 million in distributions. Integrity also offers employees two paid days off outside of their regular PTO to volunteer in their community with a charitable organization of their choice. The company’s well-rounded benefits package includes generous health insurance cost sharing, employer-provided life insurance and more.
