A Big Heart of Service

At Integrity, we believe in highlighting leaders whose lives are rooted in service. On the “Inspire” Podcast, we had the pleasure of speaking with such a person — Jason Jones. As President of Alabama-based Community Insurance Partners, he embodies a deep and unwavering commitment to helping others.

Jason’s story begins with a unique childhood experience. Like Integrity Co-Founder and CEO, Bryan W. Adams, Jason grew up in a funeral home, helping his family serve others in times of need. This early exposure to service and entrepreneurship planted the seeds that would later influence Jason’s career path. However, it was his work in social services that truly brought his heart of service to life.

In college, like many students, Jason was searching for a path. A chance encounter with an encouraging professor led him to graduating in social work and starting his career at a major hospital. In this emotionally and mentally difficult environment, Jason’s heart of service was given the ability to grow and thrive.

He supported families facing difficult diagnoses, assisted colleagues through the emotional strains of their work and helped hurricane survivors after natural disasters. Time and again, Jason answered the call to serve, realizing that the impact he made was worth every challenge he faced.

With his extensive background in social service, Jason’s transition to the insurance industry was a natural one. He approaches each day with the goal of making a positive difference in people’s lives. We are thrilled to welcome Jason to the Integrity family, where his compassionate nature and commitment to service have found a perfect home.
