Since studying sociology during his undergraduate degree, Michael Blix has been fascinated with social science and behavioral research. As the Vice President of Research Services at Deft Research, Michael utilizes his passion for understanding consumer patterns every day.

In his career with Deft Research — the leading health care researcher in America — Michael has worked toward their collective goal of revolutionizing the consumer insurance experience for the better. He takes pride in his understanding of research methods and unique approaches to problem solving.

His desire to learn about human behavior through data is just one of the ways that Deft Research uplifts the voice of the consumer. He not only ensures that the consumer is heard, but that their insurance experience reflects their wishes.

Michael is a lifelong learner in his work, and he takes that approach with him wherever he goes. In his spare time he loves to travel, camp with his wife and Nordic ski. Not only is he a student of consumer data, but he is also a student of the world around him.

We are so excited to welcome such a well-rounded, passionate partner into the Integrity family!
