Bill Kiray Session Highlights

Category: Partner News

Date: August 26, 2020

We were thrilled to have Neishloss & Fleming’s Bill Kiray present a session on Differentiating Your Agency during our Medicare Live! Agency Session track.

Bill Kiray—Pittsburgh native, NHL fanatic, Vice President and CMO—has a few things to say about making your agency stand out. In fact, a lot of it comes down to building your agency’s value proposition.

Bill gives his expert take on creating your value proposition and then maintaining it throughout the life of your business. He says that without one, your agency will struggle to recruit and retain agents.

Alex Osterwalder, Swiss business theorist, puts it simply: “Your customers are the judge, jury and executioner of your value proposition. They will be merciless if you don’t find it.”

The good news is: Bill outlines exactly how to create a value proposition that will take your agency to the next level. It starts with determining your ideal agent and assessing that agent’s needs. After that, he recommends establishing your strategy, communicating and delivering on it daily.

For more details on building a business proposition that will last, check out Bill’s full address here.
