Recently, on the “Inspire” Podcast, we announced our partnership with Access Capital Group. During our conversation with Co-Founders Bryan Neary and Dave Emerton, we learned about the way they got their start. And it’s a familiar story.

Many of our partners at Integrity have come from humble beginnings, bootstrapping their way to success. In fact, Integrity itself began in Bryan W. Adam’s house with a folding table and a phone. For Dave and Bryan, it was their basements, which they jokingly referred to as their “West Omaha and East Omaha offices.” They’ve come a long way from where they started.

From those early days in the business, Dave and Bryan have gone on to provide more than $125 million in capital to help agents with their professional and personal goals. It just goes to show, you don’t need much more than some drive, hard work and determination to make your mark in this business.
