Check out the highlights from our 2021 Employee Ownership Plan Payout!

Date: May 17, 2022

We are a company powered by people — we work, win, prosper and share, together. A few years ago, we created a one-of-a-kind Employee Ownership Plan and paid out $50 million to members of the Integrity family. In December of 2021, we did it again — but this time we went even bigger.

With the growth that Integrity achieved and our view of our bright future, we had again made an employee-owner payout, just in time for the holidays in 2021. With over $125 million paid out, we impacted over 5,000 employees!

Bryan W. Adams, Integrity’s Co-Founder and CEO, had the pleasure of working with our event management team to personally congratulate these employees. “Nothing made me more grateful for each and every one of you,” Bryan said of his travels announcing the payout and congratulating our fellow Integrity family members.

Watch our new highlight video to see a lot of smiling faces, a few tears and a lot of inspiring stories, plus some clips of the positive media coverage Integrity received for our bold action.

As we move forward, we’ll continue to innovate insurance through our omnichannel insurtech platform. We’ll do this through the energy of our incredible family of Integrity partners and employees. We’re excited to help everyone prepare for the good days ahead and we’re already pushing for a successful 2022!

At Integrity, we are just getting started with what we can achieve!
