Recently on the “Inspire” Podcast, we had the pleasure of chatting with new Integrity partner, Art Leazer of The Leazer Group. We learned about his patience and perseverance in building a successful business.

A man with big aspirations, Art embraced hard work and committed himself to be the best he could be. At a very young age, he took advantage of an opportunity at his father’s company and found a huge amount of success, but Art was looking for something bigger.

When Art found the insurance industry, he recognized that it would be a unique, fulfilling opportunity and he could not pass it up. With his experience in business and a short stint at a well-known insurance company, Art set out to create The Leazer Group.

Art likens his rise to success with finding his balance on a surfboard. Without grit and tenacity, no one will get very far.

After building his business, Integrity had been on The Leazer Group’s radar for years. We are grateful for Art’s perseverance, as it has resulted in his business’ ability to ride their next big wave as an Integrity partner.
