Jaime Biddle, Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Marketing Solutions, has a passion for animals that matches her dedication to service. But one of her most unique companions has a story all her own — a “mini” pig named Desilu.
For three years, Jaime lobbied her husband and business partner, Kirk, for a pet pig. When he finally gave in, Desilu joined their family at just eight weeks old. Named after Desilu Productions of “I Love Lucy” fame, Desilu started off small — but it wasn’t long before the Biddles realized there was nothing “mini” about her. Now, eight years later, Desilu has surprisingly grown into a full-size pig affectionately known as the “not-so-mini” pig!
Desilu has become a beloved part of the family and an unexpected ambassador for the Biddle’s community efforts. She trots around local charity events, helping Jamie raise funds for the animal shelter she once worked at. Jaime’s passion for service goes beyond her role within the industry, as she channels her desire to serve and love of animals into making a difference.
