Joe leads his team by holding weekly training sessions where he encourages agents to get involved, share their stories and provide feedback to ensure everyone learns from both each other’s progress and mistakes. The intent is to bring agents together for a common purpose, strengthen each team member and help individuals achieve their goals. Incremental progress is key. As Joe explains, “I’m big on the small steps.” His agents appreciate that he treats them as business partners, provides structure for success and encourages their independence — and it’s helping to drive results.
Joe entered the industry at the young age of 21, so he recognizes the impact that mentorship can have on a career.
