A Leap of Faith that Took Real Courage

We recently announced our transformative partnership with CSG Actuarial. As we spoke with new Integrity Partner Bryan Neary, we learned about how he started the company — and the huge leap of faith it took to make that move.

A true legend in the industry, Bryan might never have reached the level of success he’s achieved in his career if he had chosen to stay in his comfort zone. At a relatively young age, he had already seen tremendous success in healthcare. But he couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing.

Gradually, Bryan began to realize that he had a strong entrepreneurial spirit — and if he wanted to start his own business, he couldn’t afford to wait. So, he made the decision to walk away from a great salary and coveted position for a jump into the unknown. With the experience he had gained at his previous jobs, Bryan started CSG Actuarial out of his own home.

The move would eventually pay off in a big way — but not without a great deal of sacrifice. It took tremendous commitment and dedication not just from Bryan, but also his wife and children to make CSG Actuarial what it is today. Above is a recent photo of the Neary family.

We have so much respect for Bryan and all those who take a courageous leap of faith in their lives and are willing to put it all on the line in pursuit of their dreams.
