For Kat Tennant, her work has always been centered around caring for people. Her passion for service can be clearly seen shining throughout her career, first in the administrative and business side of the health industry and then as President of Premiere Senior Advisors.
If you ask her agents, they will tell you she most certainly cares about them. They lovingly call her Momma Kat. She lifts them up, trains them, gives guidance and goes above and beyond to help them find success. You can also see her heart of service in how she cares for our Veteran community.
Kat’s passion for serving Veterans comes from a strong heritage of family members who have served, including two sons and two daughters-in-law. She has seen how they have sacrificed and knows how Veterans need more access to services when they return home. So, in her native California, Kat worked with Veteran groups and VFWs sponsoring events and health fairs to give them what they need — from food and work programs to medical advice and even a chance at a new career.
With her business headquartered in Dallas-Fort Worth, Kat looks to give back and build up the Texas Veteran community as well. Now with Integrity’s backing, she will have new cutting-edge technology solutions to help her agents find greater success and give herself more time to spend giving back to the Veteran community.
