At Integrity, we honor individuals whose unique backgrounds and journeys contribute to the strength and spirit of our family. Today, we shine a light on Mike Pfeil, a remarkable partner who has transformed challenges into opportunities.

Mike’s story begins in an unconventional setting — a military base in Germany. Growing up in a military family, Mike moved every few years. But this lifestyle pushed him to be adaptable, sociable and able to navigate various cultures — inadvertently laying the groundwork for his future in the industry.

Before his entry into insurance, Mike chose a different path. On the “Inspire” Podcast, he tells us how he jumped headfirst into the mortgage industry, dropping out of college only one semester away from graduation. Within six months, Mike had seen enough success that he convinced his wife to team up with him and they started their own mortgage company. Together they would see years of success, until the financial crisis brought their thriving business to a halt.

During these difficult times, Mike leaned heavily on his adaptability, his loving wife and a commitment to personal growth. It was then he found his next chapter: insurance. Under the tutelage of future Integrity partners, Mike found his stride and built an amazing business based on respect and service.

Today, Mike continues to thrive as an Integrity family member, sharing the many lessons learned from his past with the next generation of leaders. His story is a powerful reminder that adversity paired with adaptability, love and discipline can be a catalyst for exponential growth.
