We are so excited for our first Women in Leadership Seminar Series event on June 18th, 2021 at 12 PM CT! We have been looking back at some of the “Inspiring Women” videos our Integrity women shared last year around Mother’s Day — and celebrating these amazing women. We wanted to share yet another story of an inspiring woman who uses her leadership to empower those around her.
Sandi Fredricks of MultiState Insurance sent a shoutout to Karen Fredricks, Integrity Partner, plus her mother and boss. Karen never fails to put a smile on the faces of her employees. Sandi explains, “She’s absolutely my best friend. I want to be just like her when I grow up.”
Karen is on a roll, cheering up others and picking them up when they’re down, both in the office and outside of it. We are truly inspired by her dedication to kindness and positivity — just like Sandi.
