Thank you for a great Wellness Power Up!

Our Wellness Power Up has been so inspiring, with weeks of great information and tools to help everyone’s ability to increase mental well-being, from empowering webinars to tips on supporting loved ones when needed.

We’re so thrilled that so many in our Integrity family participated in the activities and challenges, including our Coloring Book Challenge and UHC’s “Mental Health Matters” webinar!

We invited everyone in the Integrity family to de-stress and get a chance to win a raffle prize by coloring. And our submissions were absolutely fantastic!

After tallying the entrants from the Coloring Book Contest as well as participants in our UnitedHealthcare webinars, we randomly selected 3 entrants to win their choice of a Loftie Lamp, a Theragun or a Muse 2 smart headband!

Congratulations to our winners! We’re so thrilled to bring some additional fun into their path toward health and mindfulness.

Want to see the coloring book submissions?! Click here and feel free to review them all!

We’re happy to have you with us as we grow and find our inner power through resources as well as outside friendship and support. Our well-being is so much more than one or two de-stressing techniques. We know that everything in balance is the way to go for long-term health, both physical and mental.

Thank you, Integrity family, for joining us on this empowering journey! We’ll see you again soon for the next Wellness Campaign.
