They’ll Never Work Alone

As professionals in the insurance industry, it’s our calling to be an advocate for our clients as we help them find the healthcare they need. At Integrity, we recognize how important service and partnership is in our industry — and how critical they are in building an amazing team. No one understands that better than Neil Booth, CEO of Medicare by AMA.

A native of the United Kingdom, Neil grew up watching his favorite soccer team Liverpool FC. Neil explains how going to Liverpool games made him a lifelong fan and has influenced how he built and runs his business. It wasn’t just because of the top-level talent playing on the field, but also the community the team and their fans created. Before every home game, they sing, “You’ll Never Walk Alone.” He says the way the community truly comes together is what gives the song its meaning.

When Neil initially entered the insurance industry, he realized the opportunities it presented, both in terms of service and success. He quickly recognized clients’ needs for a personal advocate in the health space. So, with a nod to his Liverpool FC roots, Neil uses the slogan “You’ll Never Work Alone,” to channel his passion for service and partnership into his agents and helps develop them into the kind of advocate that clients want.

And now, by partnering with Integrity, Neil gains a teammate invested in his success. He can now give even more of his time to supporting agent growth and training because Integrity provides him with the technology and platform to help him be even more efficient.

When he’s not busy backing his Medicare by AMA team, you’ll often find Neil cheering on his favorite sport teams — or trying to convert his UK-based nephew from a Manchester United to a Liverpool FC fan. Learn more about Neil and Medicare by AMA here!
