Uplifting Underserved Communities

At Integrity, we believe that service and family are at the core of what we do. On a recent episode of the “Inspire” Podcast, we were honored to hear the story of Sal Alcantar, Co-President of Senior Med. Solutions, whose commitment to uplifting underserved communities is a testament to his heart for service.

Sal’s journey started with humble beginnings. Growing up in a family that faced significant challenges, he saw firsthand how life can change in an instant. His father, a hardworking construction worker, suffered a debilitating back injury when Sal was young. At just 38 years old, his father was told he would never walk again and was placed on disability. Despite this, his parents worked tirelessly to provide their children with a sense of stability and normalcy.

When Sal entered the insurance industry, he quickly realized its transformative power. He often thought about how his family could have benefited from someone like him — someone who understood their struggles and could bring help directly to their community. This inspired Sal to ensure that Senior Med. Solutions would be more than a business — it would be a beacon of hope.

Sal and his team have built a legacy of service by creating community centers, organizing food drives and actively reaching out to underserved neighborhoods. His efforts have not only helped countless families access the care they need but also created an environment where agents with a servant’s heart can thrive and grow.

Now, as a member of the Integrity family, Sal and Senior Med. Solutions are positioned to make an even greater impact. His dedication to serving others and improving lives perfectly aligns with Integrity’s mission, and we are proud to have him on board. You can watch Sal’s full episode of the “Inspire” Podcast here!
