Membership Agreement
IntegrityCONNECT Association, LLC Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between IntegrityCONNECT Association, LLC (the “Association”) and the undersigned individual or entity (“Member”), collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Member participates in the Association. Membership grants access to various professional benefits and resources intended to support agents affiliated with the Integrity hierarchy.
- Member Benefits
- Health Insurance for agents and advisors
- Agent Insurance for Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage
- Continuing education programs and professional development opportunities
- Discounts on retail and industry-related products
- Networking and other exclusive in-person events
- Other professional benefits and resources at the Association’s discretion
- Member Obligations
- Maintain at least one (1) active contract in the hierarchy of an Integrity, LLC (“Integrity”) owned business at all times
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational rules as set forth by the Association
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout membership
- Comply with all organizational rules, policies, and codes of conduct.
- Organizational Rules and Professional Conduct
- Family: Puts people first by creating a supportive workplace culture and offering benefits that help employees balance their personal and professional lives.
- Service: Focuses on serving both clients and fellow team members, ensuring everyone is supported and has a helping hand when needed.
- Respect: Values the diverse backgrounds, ideas, and contributions of employees and partners.
- Partnership: Encourages collaboration among employees, agents, advisors, and partners to achieve common goals.
- Integrity: Stresses honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct in all actions and business dealings.
- Avoiding conduct that could harm the reputation of Integrity or its affiliates.
- Complying with all Integrity policies, including its Code of Conduct and any future amendments.
- Protecting confidential and proprietary information obtained through membership or affiliation.
- Abstaining from any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical business practice. Integrity reserves the right to update or amend its policies and professional standards as necessary.
- Termination of Membership
- The Member no longer maintains an active contract under the Integrity hierarchy
- The Member violates any professional standard, rule, or obligation outlined in this Agreement
- The Association, at its sole dscretion, determines that termination is in the best interest of the organization or its Members.
- Legal Clauses
- Disclaimer of Warranties: All benefits, services, and programs are provided “as-is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: The Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with membership participation or use of any benefits.
- Indemnification: The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Member’s conduct, omissions, or misuse of membership benefits.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior understandings relating to the subject matter within, whether written or oral.
- Amendments: The Association reserves the right to modify this Agreement or its policies at any time. Continued use of membership benefits constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
- Acceptance
As a Member in good standing, the Member shall be granted access to several benefits, provided at the sole discretion of the Association. Such benefits may include:

No membership dues are required; however, failure to maintain an active contract as set forth above will result in termination from the Association, including any programs that the Member was participating in.

The Association may terminate membership immediately and without prior notice if:
A Member may terminate their membership at any time by ceasing participation in discount programs or other Member services. Upon termination, all membership privileges, benefits, and access rights immediately cease.
