DALLAS — Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), one of the nation’s largest independent distributors of senior market life and health insurance products, today announced a new employee benefit that allows employees to give back to their local communities. All Integrity employees are being allocated 16 hours of paid time off per year for charitable work, and the company hosts a wide range of charitable events that provide opportunities for its offices across the country to give back.
“Servings others is at the heart of all that we do,” said Bryan W. Adams, Co-Founder & CEO. “We are passionate about offering world-class service and exceeding expectations, and we want to carry that philosophy into our communities. It’s important that we provide our employees the opportunity to be a part of that.”
Integrity employees can apply these hours with any qualifying charitable cause that is meaningful to them. Integrity also encourages opportunities for employees to work with organizations the company has partnered with, the most recent example being the Forever Young Foundation.
Through a new partnership with the Forever Young Foundation, Integrity is donating a portion of proceeds to support the organization’s mission of providing resources for children who are trying to realize their potential in the face of economic, emotional and physical obstacles.
“We are very proud of this new partnership with the Forever Young Foundation,” said Adams. “Serving others is one of our core values and something that separates Integrity from our competition. We have focused our philanthropic efforts on organizations supporting kids in the communities we serve, so the Forever Young Foundation is perfectly aligned with us.”
The Forever Young Foundation’s projects include Forever Young Zones and 8 to 80 Zones, which provide technology and multimedia labs for those in underserved communities, and state-of-the-art interactive play areas in children’s hospitals. Its newest initiative, Sophie’s Place, provides dedicated music therapy facilities in children’s hospitals. International initiatives include the building and expansion of schools in Ghana, Africa, as well as enhancing health, educational, and athletic opportunities for Ghanaian youth.
“We’re very excited to welcome Integrity Marketing Group to the Forever Young Foundation family,” said Steve and Barb Young. “We are proud to have the support of a world-class leader like Bryan and to be associated with a well-respected brand like Integrity.
