Integrity protects all its original content through copyright. Agents and partners are expected to use our materials responsibly, while respecting the copyrighted works of others. All content authored, published or distributed by Integrity, including this website, is owned by Integrity. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Without prior written approval, third parties may not:

Reproduce any Integrity content
Modify, distribute, or adapt Integrity materials
Host, mirror, archive, or upload Integrity content elsewhere
Use Integrity materials in training, presentations, or marketing
Remove copyright notices

Trade Secrets

We view our proprietary trade secret information as a vital part of the innovation, trust, and service excellence we deliver — and we treat all confidential information with the highest level of care. In vigorously safeguarding our trade secrets, we require any vendors, agents or associates who are granted access to such proprietary information to sign and honor robust non‑disclosure and confidentiality agreements.

Trademarks

Our trademarks represent the strength, trust, and consistency of all our brands. We protect them diligently to ensure they are used responsibly and reflect our high standards. We also expect all agents, partners and collaborators to honor and preserve the distinctiveness of our brand, so it can continue to serve as a symbol of honesty, innovation and excellence.

Integrity owns its trademarks, logos, product names and brand identifiers. Prior written consent is required for any use by third parties.

If Integrity grants permission:

Use the trademark symbol (™ or ®) on first and prominent uses
Do not alter, modify, distort, abbreviate or hyphenate any Integrity trademark
Do not use the marks in confusing contexts, including:
- As part of another company’s name
- In domain names
- In social media handles
- In URLs or metadata
Do not imply partnership or endorsement unless expressly authorized
Maintain clear space, legibility, and prominence consistent with brand guidelines provided by Integrity
Any and all goodwill arising from any use shall inure to the benefit of Integrity

Integrity strictly prohibits:

Combining Integrity trademarks with third‑party trademarks
Using Integrity trademarks in a descriptive or generic manner
Creating derivative marks
Using Integrity trademarks to refer to non‑Integrity products or services
Any use violating federal or state insurance marketing rules
