DALLAS — The nation’s largest independent distributor of life and health insurance products, today announced it has acquired NEAT Management Group (“NEAT Management” or “the Company”), one of the largest distributors of Final Expense Life Insurance products in the United States. As part of the deal, Tim J. McCoy, the company’s owner, becomes an owner in Integrity. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
J.H. Mac McCoy entered the insurance industry in 1940 as a life insurance agent, paving the way for younger generations of McCoys. NEAT Management was founded in 1973 by his son, Charles H. “Tim” McCoy, and in 1975, Tim J. McCoy joined his father at NEAT. Together they grew the business to one of the most recognized brands in the Senior Market. In 2001, Shea McCoy joined his father and grandfather at NEAT, becoming the fourth generation of McCoy men in the insurance business.
