DALLAS — Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), one of the nation’s largest independent distributors of life and health insurance products, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Neishloss & Fleming, Inc. (or “the Company”), a national wholesaler of Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage products. As part of the deal, Neishloss & Fleming’s owners become shareholders in Integrity. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Pittsburgh, Neishloss & Fleming has agents in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The combined business will produce over $725 million in annualized premiums and expands Integrity’s national presence to more than 120,000 independent agents and almost 300 full-time employees. All employees of Neishloss & Fleming maintain their current roles with the company.
“We felt that it was important to align ourselves strategically with the right partner as the Senior Market continues to evolve, and Integrity positions us very well for the future,” said Tom Fleming, Chairman of Neishloss & Fleming. “Integrity’s partnership approach is a perfect fit for organizations like ours that are looking to go to the next level.” continued Fleming.
“My parents, Alice and Eric Neishloss founded the business on the principle of providing the highest possible level of broker support. Tom and I have kept that “broker first” commitment as we have grown the business and we cannot imagine partnering with anyone but Integrity for our next phase of growth,” added Maggie Fleming, President & CEO. “This is an exciting day for our family, our employees and all of our agents.”
“We are honored to have Neishloss & Fleming join the Integrity Family,” said Bryan W. Adams, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Integrity. “Having worked closely with Tom & Maggie Fleming for a long time, we couldn’t be more excited to partner with them and their team. By uniting together, we will have even more products, services and capabilities to serve the ever-expanding Senior Market.”
“Tom and Maggie have built an impressive business and this is exactly the type of partnership we are looking for to join the Integrity platform,” added Steve Young, Chairman of Integrity. “The addition of Neishloss & Fleming further increases our scale and ability to outperform the industry as we invest for the future,” said Young.
In 2017, the combined company helped more than 400,000 Americans plan for their important life and health insurance needs and is the clear leader in the Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Final Expense markets.
