DALLAS – SEPTEMBER 8, 2021 – Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), the nation’s largest independent distributor of life and health insurance products, today announced it has acquired Oberlin Marketing, an independent marketing organization (IMO), based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As part of the acquisition, Dan Oberlin, President of Oberlin Marketing, and Dustin Oberlin, Executive Vice President of Oberlin Marketing, will become Managing Partners in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
