Adam Katz is the President of The Katz Agency.
A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a member of the inaugural class of North Carolina Teaching Fellows, Adam began his career as a secondary school teacher. In that role, he witnessed firsthand the impact of financial hardship on students and families. This experience led to Adam’s commitment to helping others achieve financial stability, which continues to drive his work today.
Adam received his insurance license in 1999, initially as a way to earn additional income. What began as a side endeavor quickly became a full-time mission of empowering families to secure their financial futures and mentoring others to do the same. He soon founded The Katz Agency and has spent the past two decades focused on growth through exceptional service. Under Adam’s steady guidance, The Katz Agency has become a thriving community dedicated to transforming lives — professionally, personally and financially.
Adam and his wife and business partner, Beth, reside in Wilmington, North Carolina, where they are joyfully embracing their new role as grandparents. They have three children and are proud to work alongside them in carrying forward the family’s business legacy.
