Adlyn, known to many as Milena, holds a Master of Business Administration and brings more than a decade of experience in ophthalmology administration, human resources, patient experience and healthcare marketing to her leadership position at Insurance Pro. Her blend of operational excellence and heart-centered leadership is a vital asset in driving the company’s growth and success.
Since joining Insurance Pro full-time in 2021, Adlyn has helped strengthen the organization and its position as a trusted advisor brand. Today, the agency supports a large network of affiliated agents and is known for its strong leadership, agent development, modern systems and meaningful community relationships. Her work focuses on strategic growth, brand development, recruiting and operational excellence — all while building an elevated agent and client experience.
A passionate advocate for health education and prevention, Adlyn is also a familiar voice on the Spanish-language radio show “Salud y Vida,” where she helps bridge the worlds of healthcare, wellness and insurance education for the Hispanic community. Outside of business, she is deeply inspired by her faith and family. Adlyn also enjoys the ocean, maintaining a balanced living and creating experiences that reflect purpose, beauty and legacy. She and her husband and business partner, Juan Carlos, are proud parents to their son, Max.
