Caleb Sumner is CEO of Sumner Insurance Services.
Caleb joined Sumner Insurance Services in 2009 and assumed sole ownership of the business in 2020 following the retirement of his father, Keith Sumner. Building on a family legacy that dates back to 1958, Caleb leads a full-service agency specializing in Medicare, health, life, property and casualty, business insurance, retirement solutions and annuity products. Caleb is also a licensed Certified Insurance Counselor and financial advisor. In 2024, he expanded the agency’s offerings by establishing Sumner Financial Solutions. Under his expert leadership, Sumner Insurance Services maintains relationships with over 200 carrier partners and serves clients across multiple states.
Caleb is passionate about helping clients access quality, affordable insurance solutions while building relationships based on trust. In addition to his agency leadership role, he serves as Chairman of the Senior Marketing Specialists Advisory Council and is a member of both the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents and the Missouri Chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.
Caleb lives in Sedalia, Missouri, with his wife, Casey, and their four children. He and Casey are active in their surrounding communities, various local chambers of commerce and are Military Affairs Committee members for Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster, Missouri. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys camping, boating, restoring classic cars and working on his family hobby farm.
