Devon Bennett is the President of BI Services.
A third-generation insurance professional, Devon grew up in the industry and has deep, firsthand knowledge of every aspect of the business. He attended Missouri State University and initially pursued an entrepreneurial venture where he built and operated a nutritional supplement company. That experience broadened Devon’s perspective and reinforced his passion for serving others, even as his long-term focus remained on the family insurance business.
In 2023, Devon took over leadership of BI Services and its subsidiaries, Insurance Specialties and Young’s Insurance. Since then, he has guided the organization through significant growth on both the brokerage and retail sides of the business. He is deeply committed to the ongoing success and integrity of the company, as well as preserving its legacy of strong relationships with agents, partners and clients.
In addition to his agency leadership role, Devon serves on numerous advisory boards and is continually seeking opportunities to improve the insurance industry. He is especially passionate about innovation, collaboration and doing business the right way.
