In 2019, Easton left corporate America to pursue life as a sales contractor. Driven by a strong desire to work for himself, he soon found his way into the life insurance industry, where he discovered that success and fulfillment was possible for anyone willing to put in the work.
Easton quickly fell in love with the business for its endless opportunities to learn, grow and achieve financial freedom through hard work, exceptional mentorship and a client-first mindset. Though he had no initial plans to build an agency, meeting high-level business owners helped Easton realize he could still coach and lead people in this new arena. At that point, building a business that grows by helping others succeed became his singular passion.
The company has experienced several years of explosive growth, while Easton continues to personally maintain a significant level of annual sales. Easton takes great pride in upholding a high standard of excellence, showing up wherever and whenever he is needed, and growing alongside his mentors and industry leaders.
When Easton is not in the office or on the road, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son at their home in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
