Erika Del Toro is the Co-Founder and President of Conquistadors Agency.
Erika immigrated from Guadalajara, Mexico, as a teenager and watched her parents — a chef and a housekeeper — build something from nothing through sheer hard work. That example of persistence and determination led her to work for a time in the mortgage industry. She then co-founded Conquistadors Agency, a financial services agency, with her brother Hector in 2013.
As President of Conquistadors Agency, Erika leads with vision, passion and a deep commitment to the Latino community. She has been a driving force behind the agency’s culture, nationwide growth and leadership development. One of her proudest accomplishments is using her business success to help her father retire after a lifetime of working in the dining and hospitality industries.
Erika resides in California and is the proud mother of two adult children. Passionate about community, she hosts annual public events including an International Women’s Day celebration and breast cancer awareness initiatives. In her personal time, she enjoys fine dining, traveling, live concerts and days at the spa.
