Gabriela “Gaby” Vargas is the Founder of Leaders in Training (“LIT”) Financial.
After earning a degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, Gaby began her professional career in education, where she developed a passion for mentorship, leadership and making a meaningful impact. Her experience in teaching shaped her ability to connect with people, build confidence and guide others toward growth.
Driven by a deep desire to expand her impact, Gaby moved into financial services and co-founded LIT Financial with her husband, Marcelo. The fast-growing agency focuses on protecting families and developing leaders through purpose-driven career opportunities. In her vital role with LIT Financial, Gaby empowers individuals to grow personally, professionally and financially by serving others every day.
Gaby resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband and business partner, Marcelo. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active and traveling.
