James A. Rubio is the President of Premier Insurance Solutions USA.
James’ lifelong passion for serving others was reinforced at an early age as he helped his Spanish-speaking grandmother navigate doctor appointments and health plans. Those formative experiences ultimately led James to a career in the insurance industry — and instilled in him a deep commitment to help families maximize their benefits and access quality care.
Building on that foundation, James founded Premier Insurance Solutions USA, which has become renowned for its growth and impact across diverse communities. Long recognized as a trusted advisor, James has also distinguished himself through community leadership and service, partnering with local clinics to deliver meaningful support to underserved families. From summer fan drives to winter blanket drives, the initiatives James helps lead address critical needs while strengthening connections between healthcare providers and the people they serve. His work reflects a firm belief that an agent’s role should extend beyond policies to protecting families, improving communities and creating lasting change.
James resides in San Antonio, Texas, with his husband, Jim. Together, they have three adult children. Outside of work, James enjoys traveling with his family and is an avid student of history, with particular interests in American and European history, as well as World War II.
