Kristopher “Kit” Curry is the President and CEO of TC Financial and a Managing Partner at Integrity.
After attending Iowa State University, Kit began his career in 2006 with Bankers Life, advancing quickly into leadership. Two years later, he was promoted to Unit Field Trainer and quickly established a successful track record of high performance and team development, achieving company rankings in the top five in both 2009 and 2010.
The following year, Kit was promoted to Unit Sales Manager and remained a top five leader for six consecutive years, including number one rankings from 2014 to 2016, setting a company record for unit production. He later advanced to Branch Sales Manager, earning top three status in Rookie and Growth categories. Kit partnered with Heartland Retirement in 2020 and has consistently been ranked as a top five agency. In addition to identifying talent and building high-performing teams, he is known for maintaining impressive agent retention rates.
Kit and his wife, Hania, reside in Eagan, Minnesota, with their two daughters. While Hania is not formally in the business, she plays a key role in supporting it. Outside of work, Kit focuses on family and spends much of his time supporting his daughters’ sports and activities.
