Marcelo Vargas is the Founder of Leaders in Training (“LIT”) Financial.
Originally from El Salvador, Marcelo immigrated to the United States at a young age and quickly developed a deep appreciation for opportunity, hard work and personal growth. He attended the University of California, Davis before beginning his professional career in education, where he discovered his deep passion for mentorship and positively impacting lives.
Seeking greater growth and the opportunity to make an even broader impact, Marcelo transitioned into entrepreneurship and ultimately co-founded LIT Financial with his wife, Gaby. The firm is dedicated to helping families achieve financial security while creating scalable business opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs. In his leadership role, Marcelo focuses on leadership development and empowering others to visualize their dreams, take control of their future and build a life filled with service and purpose.
Marcelo resides in Houston, Texas, with his wife and business partner, Gaby. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, working out and traveling.
