Mike’s story began in a military family, where he learned determination and discipline from his father, a Polish immigrant and retired colonel in the U.S. Air Force. He moved frequently during his early years, but eventually settled in Louisville, Kentucky — the place he and his wife, Noelle, now proudly call home with their four children.
Mike originally built a career as an electrical engineer in the automotive industry. But after being inspired by Noelle’s success in financial services, he decided to take a leap of his own, beginning part-time in life insurance. That decision grew into a passion that has now spanned more than 20 years.
Today, Mike is recognized for his expertise in helping families and individuals protect what matters most. He has collaborated with leading insurance carriers to design affordable, client-focused products, and he shares his knowledge nationwide by educating clients and agents on retirement protection, estate planning implementation and financial literacy.
